Who we are

A group built for complex markets.

Mauritius-incorporated. Tanzania as principal theatre.

Jembe Group LLC originates, structures, and delivers mandates across energy, infrastructure, insurance and risk, agribusiness, and mining — bringing specialists, structuring discipline, and an established network into a single accountable point of delivery.

The work is built for complex projects that must be bankable before they are built: power, national infrastructure, mining, agro-industry, and risk transfer.

The Group

A group built for complex markets.

Cross-border structuring, bankable feasibility, blended-finance structures, commodity off-take, and risk-transfer programmes — assembled as one delivery.

Who we are

Mauritius platform. Tanzania theatre.

Jembe Group LLC is a Mauritius-incorporated consulting and investment group. We originate, structure, and deliver mandates across energy, infrastructure, insurance and risk, agribusiness, and mining and mineral trading — with East Africa, and Tanzania in particular, as our principal theatre of operations.

A power plant needs finance, off-take, insurance, and a delivery partner. A mining venture needs geology, capital, compliance, and a market. We bring those strands together as one accountable point of delivery.

Mauritius supplies an investor-grade platform for cross-border structuring. Presence across East and Southern Africa supplies the relationships to move from concept to close — files written to withstand lenders, investors, and regulators.

Strategic partnerships

A working network assembled worldwide around each mandate.

Resource centre

Files a counterparty can actually use.

Capability statements, sector notes, and mandate packs. The public library starts with the 2026 corporate profile; further downloads are issued around live work.

Careers

Teams are assembled around mandates.

The group draws specialists from its network — legal, insurance, technical, finance, and EPC — rather than carrying a static organogram for its own sake.

Open roles are announced when a mandate requires them. General expressions of interest can be sent through the mandate desk, marked for careers.
